After searching through many sites for beaded bracelets, I found Sam and thought her work looked far superior to everything else I had seen. I forwarded a photo of the exact bracelet I wanted made & even though she did not have the beads I wanted, she took the time & located several that were a very close match. We consulted back and forth on the selection, bead size, bracelet size and a tassel and within just a few weeks I was wearing my beautiful bracelet! Absolutely love it!

Wow. So impressed with both product and seller! I was dumb and forgot I had an old address listed. I didn't know and thought it was just taking forever. Contacted the seller, who kindly and immediately offered to send me a new one free of charge even though we realized it was my error for listing the wrong address. Luckily, package was returned to seller and she emailed me to let me know it was coming. Literally 24 hours after the email, package was on my doorstep, complete with some lovely incense and beautiful packaging. WONDERFUL customer service and the mask is luxurious!
